These services aim to reduce the time and financial resources businesses allocate to HR, benefits administration, and payroll management, thereby enabling them to focus more on core operational activities and enhancing overall efficiency.

The XcelerateHR application offers a streamlined platform for employees to access information conveniently while on the move. Currently available for iPhone and iPad devices—with plans to expand to other mobile platforms—it seamlessly synchronizes with the web-based self-service portal. The app provides real-time payroll information, access to payroll history, and HR-related documents such as forms, handbooks, and policies. Utilization of the device’s camera and email functionalities minimizes the need for manual document scanning or faxing, simplifying administrative processes.
